
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -The Contemporary Christian artist Amy Grant was injured in a bicycle crash in Nashville this week.
It took place about 3 p.m. close to around 3 p.m. near the Harpeth Hills Golf Course on the south end of Nashville Grant’s publicist explained to the Nexstar station WKRN.
The musician/singer was on a bike with a companion close to the golf course when she was thrown off the bike. She was wearing a helmet.

Grant was transported in an ambulance to Vanderbilt Medical Center where she was treated in the emergency room for abrasions and cuts. Grant is stable, but she could be admitted to Vanderbilt Medical Center as a precaution according to her family.
Grant is the spouse of country music star Vince Gill. She has been awarded the prestigious six Grammy Awards and has been a star on both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Music City Walk of Fame in Nashville.
The actress will be admitted into the Kennedy Center Honors later this year.
